Joi, 20 martie, de la ora 18, Nina Ceranu îşi va lansa la “Colţul de cultură” de la clubul lugojean English Pub cel mai recent volum de poezie al său, intitulat “Pulberea de sub piciorul tău”.

Este vorba despre un volum bilingv, în română şi italiană, tălmăcirea în limba italiană aparţinând profesoarei Viorica Bălteanu. Coperta cărţii, apărută la Editura “Eubeea” din Timişoara, este realizată de pictorul Constantin Răducan din Lugoj.

Cartea a fost lansată în premieră anul trecut la sediul Uniunii Scriitorilor din Timişoara, cu prilejul Zilelor Editurii “Eubeea”, iar autoarea ne-a declarat că se intenţionează şi o lansare în Italia. Despre carte şi autor vor vorbi Maria Niţu, Viorica Bălteanu şi Ilie Chelariu. Moderator va fi Henrieta Szabo, directoarea Bibliotecii Municipale Lugoj, instituţie organizatoare a evenimentului, alături de English Pub.

Nina Ceranu, născută în comuna mehedinţeană Jiana în 1948, s-a mutat de la 15 ani în Timişoara. A publicat 13 volume, marea majoritate de proză, precum şi o antologie de literatură feminină (“Crinul – cofetărie opentru doamne”), fiind distinsă de două ori, în 1993 şi 2001, cu Premiul Uniunii Scriitorilor, Filiala Timişoara. Este manager al Editurii timişorene “Eubeea” şi coordonează, alături de poetul Ilie Chelariu, revista literară “Orient latin”, care a împlinit anul trecut 20 de ani de apariţie neîntreruptă.

Viorica Bălteanu, născută în anul 1947 la Timişoara, predă limba şi literatura italiană la Universitatea de Vest din Timişoara şi este membră a Uniunii Scriitorilor. A tradus numeroase volume de proză şi poezie din limba italiană şi română şi din română în italiană.
